Today we are sharing Daymark wedding inspiration. The Daymark is located in the heart of Barnegat Light. Daymark weddings could be described as a little bit hipster and a little bit rock n’roll. The space is full of fun vintage boho details, along with stunning blue wallpaper and lots of fun textures.

Daymark Wedding Inspiration

Daymark weddings are a fun mix of modern and boho. It’s also perfectly located for couples that would like to host their wedding ceremony in Barnegat Lighthouse State Park. It’s a short walk from Daymark. Walk right across the street, to take advantage f the stunning vistas and backdrops provided by LBI’s fishing fleets at Viking Village. Viking Village sunsets are also some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen!

If you are planning a wedding on Long Beach Island, check out the incredible local vendors below. They are a wedding dream team! And, if you are planning a wedding on LBI this summer, check out Daymark and their sister venue, The Arlington. If you are looking for more wedding inspiration, check out this blog post.

For those of you planning a summer beach wedding, you will want to check out the Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club Wedding inspiration we have for you today! It’s got all the pretty! Straight form the pages of Bay Magazine’s Wedding Bliss editorial. With a sweet pallet of yellows and sage greens, this wedding is full of color and inspiration that will help any bride planning a Long Beach Island Summer wedding! And if you’re looking for a list of some of LBI’s most amazing vendors, look no further!

Shot by Delaney Dobson Photography, this shoot was inspired by some of the elements of a summer solstice celebration including a May Pole! We chose a palette of soft yellow and green with stone and wood touches to enhance the natural feel. Pulling it all together with a small touch of lavender. The invitation suite from Crisp Designs by Britt, featured soft line drawings of florals. It tied perfectly with the stunning lace gown and soft veil from Free Love Bridal, in Cape May. We incorporated authentic solstice details, including materials, stones, and florals that will make your summer-heart swoon. Oh, and a dessert display from Sweet Melissa that will make you drool. It featured sugar crystals to highlight the crystals used during summer solstice celebrations. Out table settings were designed by The Vintage Table Company with soft floral accents that complimented the color palette perfectly. Oh, and that engagement ring from Atlantic City Jewelry, it features diamonds in a sunburst-inspired setting. And omg, it’s just enough to make me wanna go shopping!

Wearing a floral crown on your wedding day is a really fun detail. A lot of brides get caught up in thinking that they can’t pull floral crowns off. But truly, anyone can! You just have to make sure that you have chosen the right style for you. That you take it on a test run (try to time the test run with your hair trial) and that it is the right size for your head! Also, know that you do not have to wear your flower crown all day. You can wear it for some portraits, and then switch it out for a simpler piece and a veil, and then put it back in for your reception. Just be sure that your hair stylist and your florist come up with a design that works for the different situations. There are a number of design options.

Another great opportunity for floral crowns is your engagement photoshoot. These two brides rocked their LBI engagement photoshoot with Idalia Photography wearing floral crowns created by Lily in the Valley Florist in Beach Haven, NJ. Hair and make up for these two was done by Lavish Salon.

Floral Crowns

This style of floral crown is truly a crown in all ways! Simply place it on your head. It doesn’t have to be as full and dramatic as this one by Reynolds Floral Market, but it wouldn’t hurt! And notice, how despite how full it looks when photographed alone, when worn, it really creates a dramatic design element.

Floral crowns can also be simply tied on. This is a great style of crown for brides and flower girls (sometimes it can be a little difficult to get head measurements before the big day, so tying a crown on, eliminates that problem, and it often a more comfortable design option for those not used to wearing the more true “crown” style. want to untie it and pull to remove. Then later, the pie can be retied, with the ribbon dangling down for a little bohemian flair.

Floral Combs

Floral combs are a great way to add, and later remove, flowers if you want a second wedding look. Simple, easy, and less impactful than a full crown, floral combs are one of my favorites.
